Answers to Common Questions?

Can I pay with a personal check? Yes, with the proper ID identification.

Can I order other colors or heels? Yes, as a special order.

Can I buy a gift certificate? Yes, they are available.

Can you ship to Canada or Europe? Yes,  there will be a shipping charge.

How long it takes for a special order? Three or four weeks.

Policies and how to order your shoes offline:

You must send a deposit of a minimum of 50% with your order.

We will ship USA postal or UPS.

We do special orders, with about a $25 charge above the catalog price.

Since shoes are handmade in Argentina, delivery normally is in 3 or 4 weeks.

In-person by appointment only.

Shoe Care

You can use a damp cloth to clean leather dance shoes. Once completely dry, a small amount of wax or cream polish will preserve the leather. Never use regular polish, if you have patent leather shoes. Instead, apply patent dressing when dry (after cleaning with a damp cloth). Avoid using harsh chemicals that might damage the materials, and never put your shoes in the washing machine.

Form of payment

We accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards.

Shipping & Handling:

In USA: $10 (Additional pairs $5 each)

In Canada $15 (Additional pairs $5 each)

Other Countries $25 (Additional pairs $8)

Returns & Exchange

Unused shoes must be returned with 5 days, and a pre-approved authorization, with a copy of your order.

Soiled shoes cannot be returned for refund, or credit, or exchange.
